Your Duties :
* First point of telephone contact for service support calls, logging of service calls
* Allocation of work to engineers
* Management of purchase orders and costs
* Raising of invoices, supplier invoice queries
* Ordering and booking in of parts
* Month end inputting, i.e stock take information.
* Compiling quotes, generating reports as required
You will need to have the following knowledge and experience:
* Knowledge of office systems
* Good communication and administrative skills
* Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in all aspects of work
* Time management
* Analytical and problem solving skills
* Effective written and record keeping skills
* Knowledge in servicing / garages
