Xpert Resourcing are currently recruiting for several businesses in Mildenhall who are offering day and night shift roles.

Duties will include:

· Fabricating

· Repairing components ensuring they have full functionality and safety performance

· Develop new products

· Problem solving and developing innovative solutions

· Maintain tools and work area to a professional standard

· Ability to work independently and as a team

Skills/Experience

· Experience in developing new products

· Welding experience

· Familiarity with welding equipment

· Ability to read and follow a product data sheet

Hours of work:

Day and night shifts available

Overtime paid at time and a half on weekends
