Location: Marble Arch, London
Salary: £14.50 - £16.50 p/h depending on qualification level and experience
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

We are currently recruiting for experienced and dynamic Chef/Cook with a minimum Level 2 qualification in Food Hygiene or above to join us in our beautiful nursery in the heart of London, a stone’s throw from London’s West End shopping, with excellent public transport links!
Location
Bryanston Nursery is situated in the heart of London, a stone’s throw from Marble Arch. It is easily accessible by public transport and is a short walking distance from many mainline and Tube Stations (Marble Arch Station is 3-minute walk away).
Chef – The Role
We are looking for a Chef/Cook who can work 40 hours a week Monday - Friday all year round. The nursery closes for one week over the Christmas period and all recognised Bank Holidays in England.
You will be responsible for the sole management of the nursery kitchen, organising, preparing and delivering balanced, nutritious and enjoyable meals in accordance with the nursery menus, food policies and individual dietary requirements.
You should be able to work unsupervised, and to ensure that the highest standards of health, safety and hygiene are maintained.
In order to be successful in this Chef role you should have:
• A minimum of Level 2 qualification in Food Hygiene – Essential
• Previous experience of working in a fast-paced and similar kitchen environment.
• The ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to take full responsibility for all duties within the kitchen area.
