Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement integrated PR, media, and digital strategies that align with client objectives, ensuring seamless execution and tangible results.
* Oversee high-quality content creation, media relations, influencer collaborations, social media management, and digital marketing.
* Cultivate and nurture relationships with key media contacts, journalists, influencers, and industry leaders to maximise exposure.
* Utilise analytics to monitor, evaluate, and optimise campaign performance, consistently delivering strong ROI.
* Lead, support, and inspire your team, providing mentorship and ensuring their growth and development in a collaborative environment.
* Stay at the forefront of media and communication trends, advising clients and the agency on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices.
* Develop compelling communication frameworks and brand narratives that resonate with target audiences across multiple channels.
* Drive content strategies to engage audiences on social media, PR, and digital platforms, while continuously innovating the approach.
* Set clear KPIs for campaigns and monitor success, making adjustments to optimise impact and deliver outstanding results.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in communications, with a proven track record of leading successful integrated campaigns.
* Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
* Expertise in media relations, influencer marketing, social media, and digital strategy.
* Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a collaborative and inspiring approach.
* Outstanding communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and executing complex projects.
* Success in developing and executing communication strategies, especially within earned and owned channels.
* Proficiency in using data analytics to measure, report, and refine campaign performance.
* Creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for the evolving media landscape.
