Regional Manager – Adult Learning Disabilities – Residential Services

Location: Middlesbrough (covering services from Stockton to Redcar)

Salary: £51,500 per annum

Benefits: £5k car allowance & performance relate bonus of up to 10% salary

Remit

Compass Associates are working with an adult social care provider who have a number of residential and nursing homes throughout the UK. The company are passionate about providing exceptional care and support for people with intellectual disabilities creating a warm and inclusive environment where their service users can live a fulfilling and independent life.

They are currently seeking a Regional Manager to join them in their North East region overseeing a group of services from Stockton to Redcar. These are residential services supporting individuals with mental health conditions and learning disabilities.

As Regional Manager, you will report directly into the Director of Operations overseeing Registered Managers focussing on quality outcomes and compliance with CQC.

Requirements

* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care is essential

* Previous experience managing teams across multiple sites

* Experience working in residential services with exposure to both learning disabilities and mental health

* Excellent understanding of CQC compliance

* Full UK drivers license with the willingness to travel as and when required
