As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients. You will use your industry knowledge, sales expertise, and strong network to pursue new business opportunities and represent the company at key industry events and trade shows.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Experience with DMX and DALI protocols.

A strong network of existing contacts and companies within the intelligent lighting industry.

A proven track record in business development and sales.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.

Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

The successful candidate will be expected to travel to client appointments and other related engagements as part of their role.

Benefits:

Competitive salary between £60,000 and £80,000, plus performance-based bonuses (dependent on experience and knowledge).
