TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a 6 MONTH CONTRACT starting ASAP in/around the GREATER LONDON area to survey OVER 1000 PROPERTIES.
 
All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software (NOTUS POCKET SURVEY)

Outside IR35 role Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats, Blocks - VERY GOOD RATES
Over 1000 properties to be surveyed - STOCK CONDITION ONLY
Properties located in/around the GREATER LONDON area ( West London, North London and North West London)
ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties - CONTACT NUMBERS PROVIDED FOR TENANTS
Letter dropping every 2/3 weeks by the client.
6 MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension.
