Job Title: Gardener / Grounds Maintenance Operative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Gardener / Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in East London. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or gardening to contribute to the upkeep of parks and green spaces in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
✔️ Weeding, pruning, and hedge trimming
✔️ Using strimmers, ride-on mowers, and other grounds maintenance equipment
✔️ General upkeep of parks and public spaces
✔️ Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
✔️ Driving to and from different sites as required

Requirements:

✅ Previous experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, or landscaping
✅ Ability to operate strimmers, ride-on mowers, hedge trimmers, and other machinery
✅ A valid UK driving licence (essential)
✅ Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
✅ A strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
