Role Overview:
Multi-Trades Recruitment's is seeking a versatile and experienced Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will support residents with reactive repairs and maintenance across our property portfolio, handling a range of tasks, including carpentry, tiling, decorating, and flooring. You’ll work independently, moving from job to job on a planned route and delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carry out carpentry, tiling, decorating, and flooring tasks as part of general repairs and maintenance.

* Travel between properties as scheduled, providing excellent service to residents.

* Use own power tools effectively for each task.

* Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and build rapport with residents.

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in carpentry, with additional skills in tiling, decorating, and flooring.

* Own power tools and appropriate PPE.

* Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
