ROLE
The Enterprise Applications Manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing and maintaining enterprise-level software applications. Reporting to the Senior Enterprise Application Manager, this role supports the analysis of user needs, oversees functional and developmental teams, and ensures smooth system implementation, including business-as-usual (BAU) activities, while actively collaborating with a dynamic and wider IT team. A key responsibility includes taking full ownership of the Enterprise Application Queue within the Service Desk.

Understanding of working with qualified and validated systems and Standard Operating Procedures
Demonstrated knowledge of operating systems, network hardware and software, systems management, storage systems, processing infrastructure, capacity
Following Microsoft Technologies knowledge is required
Microsoft Office 365 Knowledge including, office, security, exchange
Azure
Windows 10/11
Microsoft Core Services (Active Directory / Azure / DHCP / DNS)
Vmware / Veeam Backup / Varonis / Boomi / Beyond Trust / Coreview
Good understanding of smart devices used within an enterprise environment along with MDM technologies
Experience with Intune (Administration and Management)
Microsoft Teams/ Microsoft Surface Hub / Telephony / SharePoint Support
Network Technologies
Wan (MPLS) / Lan / Wi-Fi
Good understanding of integrations and methods of transferring data between systems
A Minimum of one year implementation experience for SaaS and on Prem applications
Experience with AI technologies
