We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical bias to join a contract for a major FM provider. This is a static position in South London working on Halls of residence at a University.

Responsibilities for the Maintenance Engineer

PPMs/Reactives
Fault finding
Lamps/Sockets
Fire up boilers
Small amount of drainage work
L8
Light testing
Painting /Fabric work
Plumbing - showers/radiator changes Requirements for Maintenance Engineer

* 17th/18th Edition
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation What we offer for the Electrical Engineer

Salary up to £39,000
25 days + bank Holidays
