Morson are partnering with a national manufacturing organisation who are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join their people team.
This is a full-time permanent position offering a salary of up to £40,000 DOE. This is a hybrid working position with the ability to work 1 or 2 days from home per week.
The Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for sourcing new talent, advising on all aspects of recruitment and onboarding, and will work closely with the People Team to develop company brand and EDI initiatives.
It’s essential that the suitable candidate has experience of working in a similar role, has excellent communication and relationship building skills, and has demonstratable experience of providing innovative solutions within a talent capacity.
Responsibilities:
Identify candidates via a variety of different recruitment strategies such as job boards, social media and networking events
Build strong working relationships with hiring managers, understanding their remit within the business and advising on recruitment strategy
Develop a cost effective sourcing solution for the business
Develop an agency PSL
Oversee all recruitment and selection processes
Continually develop a pipeline for key areas of the business which will support future recruitment activity
Ensure all candidates are fully compliant against regulatory requirements
Be the main point of contact across the organisation for all things recruitment and onboarding
Work closely with the people team to develop EDI initiatives and employer branding
Attend any networking events
