We’re working with a very large, ‘Good’ Ofsted-rated secondary school in Derby that is seeking a dedicated and well-rounded Cover Supervisor to join their team ASAP on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year.

The Role:

* Provide high-quality cover across KS3 and KS4 in a variety of subjects.

* Deliver engaging lessons using pre-prepared materials, maintaining continuity of learning.

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a productive learning environment.

* Be a consistent and inspiring presence for students throughout the school day.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience working in a secondary school setting, ideally as a Cover Supervisor or similar role.

* Strong classroom behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.

* Flexibility and adaptability to cover a range of subjects and year groups.

* A proactive and professional approach, aligned with the school’s high standards and ethos.
