My client, a smaller residential are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor, to work in their Letchworth Garden City office

The role will be to carry out surveying duties on various residential sites, to include the preparation of budgets, estimates and sub-contract enquiries and the measurement and valuation of interim and final accounts.

The ideal candidate must have Quantity Surveying experience working for a residential developer
