✨ About the Role

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join the Heathrow Community Rangers Team! As Heathrow expands its outreach efforts, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to become the 5th Community Ranger. This role is ideal for someone passionate about community engagement and eager to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Engage with local communities, schools, and stakeholders to support Heathrow's outreach programs.
✅ Assist in planning and delivering community events and projects.
✅ Represent Heathrow professionally while interacting with the public.
✅ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
✅ Travel to various locations as needed (a company vehicle may be provided).

Requirements

Full, clean UK driving licence (essential).
Enhanced DBS Certificate (required for work at local schools - provided and renewed annually by the company).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
A proactive and positive approach to community engagement.

⏰ Working Hours & Compensation

Salary: £14.18 per hour (subject to review on 1st May 2025).
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
⏳ Overtime: Paid at time and a quarter (rarely required).
Annual Leave: 28 days per year.
Salary Payment: Weekly into a designated bank account.

Probation Period: 6 months
