Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular 4Star hotel in London and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Guest Services Manager to join their team.

What's involved?

As Guest Services Manager your duties will be varied and not limited to:

Responsible for front desk operations, including check in and check out processes run smoothly and guests are escorted to their correct rooms
Responding to requests and complaints made by the guest in a professional manner to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
Manage and monitor activities of the team, making sure they adhere to the company standards and follow procedures correctly.
Duty Manager responsibilitiesPrevious experience as Guest Relations or Guest Service Supervisory within a 4Star background is desired. Local London knowledge is essential whilst having excellent guest interaction, and listening skills plus good leadership / people management. Opera PMS is essential and the flexibility to work shift patterns
