Axon Moore are partnering with a dynamic PE backed business to recruit an ambitious Commercial Manager, due to their continued success and expansion.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing brand, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful integration of newly acquired businesses and assisting with the review of various bids and tenders.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional with advanced Excel skills, understanding of commercial projects, and a strong ability to collaborate as a business partner!

Other responsibilities include:

Reviewing new bids and framework tenders; summarising the commercial opportunity and building recommendations
Perform retrospective bid analysis
Collaborate with the relevant internal teams and external stakeholders to build the correct assumptions, relevant costings as individual bids evolve through to final submission
Review framework terms and conditions, ensuring alignment to the group’s governance expectations
Highlighting any commercial risk and ensuring that it is mitigated as part of the overall bid response
Assist with the continuous review of job rates, ensuring that it is consistent across the business, comprehensive and costed in-line with market expectation
Preparing commercial review submission presentations
You will assist in the handover of the tender information to the relevant commercial representative
Compile and analyse financial reports highlighting discrepancies vs. bid assumptions and project profitability.
