Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing all commercial and cost aspects of large-scale construction projects as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
*
Managing budgets, contracts, and cost variations to ensure financial targets are met.
*
Working closely with project teams and reporting directly to senior management.
*
Providing expert cost advice and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Ideal Candidate:
*
Holds a degree in Quantity Surveying.
*
Has at least 5 years’ experience in a Senior QS role within the construction industry.
*
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
*
A hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
