Senior Project Manager (Food & Beverage / Pharma / Process / Chemical Background Required)
Salary: £65k-£75k + 10% Bonus + Company Car

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Process, or Chemical industries? Do you have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a global leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Management: Manage large-scale projects, typically exceeding €5 million, from the initial quotation through to commissioning and project closure.

* Financial Accountability: Full ownership of project financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and scope.

* Project Organisation: Lead and organise project teams, ensuring successful execution

* Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients, managing complex relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

* Risk & Claim Management: Proactively manage risks and claims throughout the project lifecycle.

* Team Leadership: Provide leadership to project engineers, with responsibility for delivering large-scale projects within set timelines, costs, and quality parameters.

Your Profile:

* 10+ years of experience managing multinational technical projects within relevant industries.

* Expertise in project management methodologies and commercial management.

* Strong leadership, with the ability to manage teams and drive project success without direct line authority.

* Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation and dispute resolution abilities.

* Highly proficient in risk management and financial project control.
