Are you passionate about shaping young minds? We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our dynamic team and provide high-quality care and education to our youngest learners.

In this role, you’ll be supporting and inspiring children through play-based learning.

Whether it’s sharing a story, encouraging curiosity, or creating magical moments, you’ll be helping each child develop and thrive in a safe, fun, and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver creative, play-based learning experiences following the EYFS curriculum.

* Foster a nurturing and safe environment that supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.

* Observe, assess, and track children's progress, maintaining accurate records.

* Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are adhered to at all times.

* Promote a love for learning through exciting and interactive activities.

What we are looking for -

* Level 2 or 3 Diploma for Childcare

* Experience in childcare or nursery settings

* Knowledge of early childhood education and principles

* Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues

* Strong organisational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently
