We are the exclusive staffing partner to a renowned group travel specialists who have gone from strength to strength in their road tourism business.
Due to expansion of their fleet & services & promotions, we are now looking for a Fleet Engineering Manager to help strengthen their engineering team.
The Duties of the Workshop Manager will include;
·    Ensure that all company vehicles  meet the high standards of the business
·    Provide reactive and planned maintenance on a company vehicles
·    Manage the workshop effectively
·    Maintain all equipment
·    Manage & supervisor the team
·    Recruitment, disciplines & team rewards
·    Ensure all vehicles comply to health and safety legislations

 The Successful Workshop Manager will enjoy:

 The Required experience & characteristics of the Workshop Manager will be:
·    Proven experience working in a commercial vehicle mechanic
·    Proven experience managing a team of mechanics
·    Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
·    Professional fluency in English both written & verbally
