Empowering Learning are looking to appoint a Behaviour Mentor to work within a Secondary School in Bourne End. This school requires this individual to be able to build strong relationships with both students and staff.

**High Daily Rate - £160+ per day**

Please see below the credentials we are looking for:

- Previous experience working with challenging behaviour - School Based

A person who is passionate, enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile to help and support children reach their maximum potential in every subject
Experience working with children who have learning difficulties
Confidence to lead a small intervention group (various core subject lessons)
Be able to work well as part of a close knit team as well as think on your feet independentlyWorking through Empowering Learning you can expect:
