**About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Manager to lead the on-site operations for a prestigious housing development project. As a key player in our team, you will oversee all aspects of site management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Monitor progress against project schedules, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Provide leadership and direction to the on-site team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

- Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction or housing development.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with team members, contractors, and clients.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field.
