Location: Burton Upon Trent,
Term: Temporary - 6 months Hours: 40 hours per week
* Monday - Thursday: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm
* Friday: 7:00 am - 1:00 pm Rate:
£TBC - Dependent on experience

About the Role

We are looking for a General Maintenance Operative to provide facilities and maintenance support across our site. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform general building maintenance, carpentry, basic plumbing repairs, painting, groundwork, and other general labouring duties.
* Support building maintenance tasks and complete general site repairs.
* Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, including grounds and site clearance.
* Work independently or as part of a team to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and report any safety concerns, hazards, accidents, or incidents promptly.
Person Specification

Experience & Background:

* Previous experience in general maintenance or labouring.
* Experience using hand tools.

Qualifications & Requirements:
* Counterbalance FLT (essential)
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
* IPAF certification (preferred but not essential)
