Position: UX/UI Designer
Location: Norwich
Work Model: Hybrid
Salary: £40,000-£55,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Craft visually stunning, user-centered designs from initial concepts through to final polished products.
Use user feedback to inform and refine intuitive and seamless user experiences.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet company objectives.
Bring fresh ideas, challenge conventions, and drive continuous innovation.

What You'll Bring:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
A creative, problem-solving mindset, delivering solutions that are both practical and visually appealing.
Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain your design decisions.
A passion for staying on top of design trends and a commitment to ongoing learning.
