We are looking for an Operations Trainer to join their night shift team and be at the heart of their manufacturing success. About the Role
As an Operations Trainer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that client’s workforce is equipped to meet the highest operational, safety, and quality standards. From hands-on shop-floor training to delivering engaging classroom sessions, you’ll empower teams to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Role Details:
* Night Operational Shift: 10 PM – 6 AM
* Salary: £28,000 + 15% shift allowance
What You’ll Do
* Deliver hands-on training for machinery operation, production processes, and safety protocols.
* Facilitate classroom-based sessions on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance standards like HACCP and BRC.
* Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and improve training materials.
* Provide on-the-job coaching, ensuring employees are confident and proficient in their roles.
* Track training progress and maintain records to support compliance and operational excellence.
About You
* Experienced: Proven background in training within a manufacturing or operational environment.
* Knowledgeable: Familiar with food safety regulations (HACCP, BRC) and health and safety standards.
* Engaging: Confident communicator who can deliver practical, engaging training tailored to employees’ needs.
* Organised: Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs.
* Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
