Location - Corringham, Essex

Salary - Trainee - £30,000 to £35,000, Experienced depending on experience

Looking for an Estimator to be part of their success. Current turnover between £3M and £5M, looking to be at £10M in 5 years. They don't chase work they chase profit.

What will you be doing?

? Turning drawings and specs into accurate cost estimates
? Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers & subcontractors
? Helping stay competitive while maintaining quality
? Collaborating with engineers and project managers

Who are they looking for?

✔ Experience in estimating (construction/civil engineering), or fresh out of uni
✔ Strong analytical and numerical skills
✔ Great communication & negotiation abilities
✔ Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
