Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a growing Law firm based in West Yorkshire. They are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor  to join their team on a full time basis.

If you have experience in Property Litigation and are looking for a new challenge, Then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.
 
This role pays a competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 annum depending on experience.
 
Responsibilities as a Property Litigation Solicitor:

Managing a caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, boundary disputes, and rights of way.
Handling disputes related to land ownership, trespass, and adverse possession.
Representing clients in court proceedings, tribunals, and arbitration hearings. 
About you as a Property Litigation Solicitor:

Qualified Solicitor (UK) with 4/5 years of PQE
Strong experience in property litigation (commercial and residential)
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
