We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Team Leader to manage a small team of 1st/2nd Line Support Engineers, delivering top-tier IT support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of 1st/2nd Line Support Engineers
Provide technical guidance and ensure top-tier customer support
Conduct one-to-one reviews, coaching, and KPI tracking
Facilitate site visits and on-site client support
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical expertise in Windows Desktop (10/11), Windows Server 2012 R2, Office 365, Azure AD, and wireless networks
Driving licence – do to travel to clients
Networking knowledge of LAN, WAN, firewalls, and CISCO Meraki
ITIL certification or equivalent experience (preferred)
Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills
Experience mentoring and supporting a team to meet KPIs
Salary
