Job Title: Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) – Adult Mental Health

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Adult Mental Health Specialist team at Wisbech. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with no remote working.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as a role model within the team, maintaining strong communication systems and engaging effectively with clients, their families, carers, and the multi-disciplinary team.

* Report on client progress, assessments, and care planning both verbally and in writing, maintaining accurate and complete records.

* Support clients and their families in discussing care planning, assessments, and treatment, adjusting communication styles to overcome barriers.

* Engage in self-development, reflective practice, and contribute to the development of others by acting as a supervisor and mentor.

* Assist the Team Manager in conducting appraisals and contribute to maintaining professional standards aligned with NMC guidelines.

* Monitor and maintain health, safety, and security for yourself and others, managing identified risks and ensuring adherence to health and safety legislation.

* Contribute to service improvement by actively involving service users and responding to Trust policies and strategies.

Position Details:

* Location: Wisbech

* Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00

* Contract Duration: 3 months initially, with the possibility of extension to 6 months

* Rate: £26.33 per hour

* Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available

Requirements:

* Experience in adult mental health care

* Strong communication skills and experience in team leadership and mentoring
