Job Title: Locum Practice Nurse
Location: West London, Notting Hill
Type: Locum Position
Schedule: 3 days per week (starting ASAP, ongoing)
Rate: Up to £30 per hour

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Practice Nurse to join our team on a locum basis. This role offers an immediate start with a flexible schedule of 3 days per week, providing a great balance between professional commitments and personal time.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care, including patient assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.
Perform Cytology procedures and manage long-term conditions, ensuring patients receive consistent, top-tier care.
Collaborate with the wider practice team on essential clinical duties, such as chronic disease management, immunizations, and health promotion initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with practice policies and healthcare regulations.
Contribute to the efficient, safe, and smooth operation of the practice, ensuring patient care is of the highest standard.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Proven experience working as a Practice Nurse in a clinical setting.
Proficiency in Cytology and managing long-term conditions (e.g., diabetes, asthma, COPD).
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse clinical needs of patients and the practice.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in both patient care and administrative tasks.
