Position: Production Manager

Location: London SE18

Salary: £35k - £42k (Negotiable Depending on Experience)

The Role:

* The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of the production process, including stock control, personalisation, hand finishing and their small machine room

* You will manage people, processes, and systems to ensure efficient production operations, high-quality output, and timely delivery of products

* The successful candidate will be responsible for optimising production processes, managing resources effectively, and coordinating with other departments

* Oversee and manage production activities, including stock control, laser and inkjet printing/personalisation, benchwork and machine room operations

* Organise resources to ensure production schedules are met

* Maintain inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily production activities, stocktakes, and audits

* Supervise and direct production staff, ensuring high levels of motivation, morale, and communication

* Manage production layout and product flow to optimise efficiency

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a production manager or in a similar managerial role

* Excellent leadership and organisational skills

* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency in production management software and databases

* Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise
