Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum
Holidays: 28 days holiday
Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday
Location: Manchester City Centre
Type: Permanent - Office based

Are you organised, proactive and eager to take your career in Property Management to the next level? Search Manchester is excited to partner with a fantastic company who are looking for a Property Manager Administrator to join their growing team in the heart of Manchester City Centre.

Role overview:
As a Property Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Property and Facilities Managers while maintaining strong tenant relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. An ideal candidate will have an adeptness for learning, excellent customer service, and experience in the property industry.

Key responsibilities:
* Administration of leases, licences and other documentation
* Manage Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments
* Complete regular inspections of client properties
* Assisting in Facilities Management
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers and consultants

What we are looking for:
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel/Word)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proactive and good at multitasking
* Strong administration skills
* Relevant experience in property sector
