Starting your day in our bustling manufacturing environment, you’ll be kicking things off by leading your team briefing. You’ll be sharing clear production targets for the day, reflecting on the previous performance, and inspiring your team to exceed expectations. Liaising with other members of the management team, you’ll confirm everything is ready to hit the ground running, ensuring the day’s production schedule is on track.

As the day progresses, you’ll collaborate with the team to deliver the overall production schedule. You’ll manage your team’s resources, ensuring the right people with the right skills are in place. You shall actively manage department KPI's and escalate issues to ensure targets are achieved

Skills

Proven track record as a Production Manager within a fast-paced manufacturing environment for 3 years.

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to plan and be organized.

Ability to problem-solve and drive continuous improvement initiatives
