A well-regarded architectural firm located in Manchester is currently looking for a talented Senior Architectural Technician to join their vibrant and collaborative studio. This is a fantastic chance to contribute to a progressive practice celebrated for its creative, high-calibre designs across sectors such as residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

The successful Senior Architectural Technician will take a pivotal role in the technical delivery of projects, producing comprehensive construction drawings and ensuring all work meets the highest industry standards. You'll work alongside a skilled design team, liaising with clients and consultants while offering specialist technical input throughout each phase of the project.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the Senior Architectural Technician role include:

Qualification in Architectural Technology (HNC/HND or relevant degree)
CIAT membership or on the path to achieving it
Advanced Revit skills are a must
Experience in Façade Remediation is advantageous
Comfortable working autonomously and in team environments
Thorough understanding of current UK building regulations
Proven experience managing projects across all RIBA work stages
Keen to stay updated on industry innovations, technologies, and standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
