We are looking for an Electrician’s Mate to support our team on a residential housing project in Wrexham. The successful candidate will assist qualified electricians with various electrical tasks and ensure the smooth operation of electrical installations.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.

* Help with the preparation and organization of materials and tools required for tasks.

* Follow instructions from electricians to complete jobs safely and efficiently.

* Conduct basic electrical tests and inspections under supervision.

* Ensure work areas are clean and safe, adhering to health and safety regulations.

* Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues as directed.

* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

* Support other trades on-site as needed to facilitate project progress.

Qualifications

* Previous experience as an Electrician’s Mate or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

* VALID CSCS CARD

* Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring is an advantage.

* Ability to read and understand technical documents and drawings.

* Strong commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.

* Good communication and teamwork skills
