About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Health Advisor to join our team, delivering high-quality health and well-being services to our clients across the Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a varied and rewarding role, providing expert advice and support to businesses and their employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting comprehensive occupational health assessments including case management, health surveillance, and return-to-work evaluations.

Providing evidence-based guidance to both employees and employers on workplace health issues.

Supporting health promotion initiatives and delivering training sessions on well-being and occupational health topics.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and best practice guidelines.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to drive a positive health and safety culture.

What We’re Looking For:

A qualified Occupational Health Advisor (RGN, OH Diploma/Degree) with experience in a similar role.

Strong understanding of occupational health legislation, policies, and procedures.

Experience in case management and workplace health assessments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees, employers, and key stakeholders.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellence in occupational health services.

A full UK driving licence (some travel across the Midlands may be required).
