An exciting opportunity has become available for a Used Car Sales Manager to join a reputable, rapidly growing company within the automotive industry. The position is based at their site in Livingston. In return, they are offering a competitive basic salary and highly lucrative bonus scheme along with various additional employee benefits.

USED CAR SALES MANAGER – DUTIES

* Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process

* Daily management of the team of Sales Executives

* Resource/recruit for the sales department as required

* Ensuring sales and performance targets are achieved

* Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to

USED CAR SALES MANAGER – SKILLS REQUIRED

* Sales management experience within the automotive sector

* Proven track record in sales; achieving targets

* Strong customer service and relationship building skills

* Experience managing and motivating team members

* Excellent written and verbal communication

* Strong time management and organisational skills
