Our client is looking for an experienced professional to join their Contracts Team and play a key role in the successful delivery of complex projects. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead coordination of project timelines, budgets, and customer communications.

* Liaise with internal departments and clients to ensure projects are on track.

* Assist with the development and maintenance of detailed project plans.

* Track and report on project costs, ensuring alignment with estimates.

* Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

* Help coordinate client visits and assist with monthly reporting.

About You:

* Several years of experience in project coordination, ideally within engineering or manufacturing.

* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.

* Comfortable working in a reactive environment and under project deadlines.
