Job Details

Electrical Supervisor required for works in Bristol & Southwest on a temporary to permanent basis.

Start Date: ASAP

Site hours: 43 hrs basic Mon – Fri

Requirements: SSSTS Certification (or SMSTS), Electrical trade accreditation: JIB, Test & inspection, 18th edition, and First aid.

Your duties will include:

To be the appointed NICEIC qualified supervisor within the region.
Responsible for the implementation of the project test packs.
Monitoring and sample QA testing of installation works to ensure compliance with NICEIC requirements.
Will provide support and input into the development of the sites safe systems of work, and particularly the three key stage electrical safety reviews.
Will attend site monthly to undertake a review of the site to undertake audits to ensure the electrical safety team are compliant with the code of practice for safe works on low voltage electrical systems, from project commencement.
Completion of documents; SMSF 214j & SMSF 214m
Responsible for ensuring all test equipment within the region is maintained fit for purpose and within calibration.
Responsible for reviewing new test equipment & electrical safety devices for potential future use by testers.
