They are a very profitable and cash-rich contractor, turning over nearly £40m and high profit margins. They have a healthy pipeline of work for 2025 and beyond. They have secured 7 contracts within Cheshire and Staffordshire, so are looking for local individuals to join the team.

Freelance Site Manager (Housing) - Requirements/Reasons to apply:

You will have worked as a Site Manager for either an Affordable housing contractor or Spec house builder.

This will be a long-term position offering stability and longevity.

You will be working with a long established and very knowledgeable senior management team.

You will need SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications.
