About the Role:

Our client is a well-established, independent estate agency with deep roots in the local community. They are on the lookout for a super-organised, friendly, and proactive Office Administrator to join their small but busy team! This is a key role that keeps everything running smoothly—from managing diaries and emails to keeping the office in tip-top shape.

If you’re confident with admin, love a bit of variety in your day, and enjoy being the go-to person in a team, this could be a great fit for you. You don’t need specialist experience—just great organisational skills, attention to detail, and a positive, can-do attitude.

What You'll Be Doing:

* General admin support – answering calls and emails, keeping documents organised, and managing office supplies.

* Diary and appointment management – booking in meetings, viewings, and team schedules.

* Being the friendly face of the office – greeting clients and visitors, offering a warm and professional welcome.

* Keeping records up to date – making sure client files and checklists are accurate and complete.

* Supporting the wider team – helping wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.

* Popping out now and then – dropping off keys or paperwork when needed (so you’ll need a car).

What We're Looking For:

* Good admin experience – whether in an office, school, retail admin, customer service, or similar.

* Excellent organisation – someone who likes ticking things off a to-do list.

* Friendly, approachable and professional – you’re the type people trust to get things done.

* Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel – you don’t need to be a whizz!

* A full UK driving licence and your own car – essential for occasional local travel.

* A team player – happy to help others but also confident working independently.
