Service Advisor role available in Bridgwater Somerset, Just off the M5 junction 24 which is easily commutable via own transport or Public Transport.
Pay: £12.63
Hours :35
Days: Monday to Friday (your hours will be on a rotation between the hours of 8am and 6pm also one Saturday a month 9am to midday from home)

Due to ongoing growth my client has an exciting opportunity to join the team in Bridgwater as a Services Advisor.
As a Service Advisor you will be processing documents received daily, liaising with surgeries regarding any outstanding documents and urgent requests from consumers.
Strong administration and communication skills are essential.
We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail, has a love for processes along with a passion for customer service.

Experience Required
• Previous experience in a process driven role
• Intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Office)
• Excellent organisation skills
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Excellent telephone manner
•Excellent data input and ability to analyze data
• Ability to use multiple systems at one time
• Can multi-task in a fast paced customer service environment
