? Your Role as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies

Support procurement, tendering, and subcontractor selection

Conduct site visits to monitor work progress & compliance

Prepare and review valuations, variations, and final accounts

Assist in contract administration and dispute resolution

Provide cost analysis and support financial reporting

Collaborate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors

Monitor and control project costs to ensure budgets are met
