Are you a detail-driven logistics professional with a passion for international trade and export compliance? We’re looking for a Logistics & Export Manager to join our dynamic team and take the lead in coordinating and managing our global shipments.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Creating order confirmations and commercial documentation for both domestic and international shipments

* Preparing Dangerous Goods (DG) documentation and ensuring correct labelling in line with regulations

* Managing relationships with freight partners for import and export operations

* Coordinating with the Chamber of Commerce to produce accurate export documentation

* Completing end-user checks for relevant shipments

* Producing shipment documentation and commercial invoices

* Handling Letters of Credit and Cash Against Documents (CAD) payments when required

* Liaising with our German operations team for import and dropship requirements

* Accurately maintaining shipment records in the company CRM

* Supporting wider logistics and transport tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in logistics, exports, and international shipping

* Strong understanding of commercial documentation and customs compliance

* Knowledge of Dangerous Goods handling (training provided if required)

* Excellent communication and coordination skills

* Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
