Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Location: Hillingdon, Middlesex
Salary: £42,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

Call out: 1 in 7 weeks, expanding to 1 in 9 weeks

Are you an experienced Maintenance Electrician looking for an exciting new challenge? Join a dynamic Facilities Management team, managing the maintenance of a commercial complex of buildings in Hillingdon.

You’ll be part of a large, highly skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining M&E systems. Your duties will include:

* Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of electrical and three phase systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building.

* Working with LV distribution and supporting mechanical/HVAC checks.

* Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues

* Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.

Ideal Candidate:

* Level 3 in Electrical Installation/Engineering

* 18th Edition desired

* Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a commercial building environment.

* Strong knowledge of LV systems and experience in Mechanical Maintenance.

* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.

* Committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
