Job Description

Strategic Partner: Align HR with business goals through workforce planning, skills assessment, succession planning, learning, development, and promoting company culture.
Administrative Expert: Streamline and automate HR processes, including benefits, recruitment, safety, compensation, and employee record management.
Employee Champion: Enhance communication, foster engagement, support skill development, and ensure a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Change Agent: Lead change initiatives by building understanding, adapting systems, monitoring progress, and maintaining focus on long-term improvements.
Operational Excellence: Oversee recruiting, training, performance management, policy compliance, budgeting, reporting, and employee recognition to drive HR effectiveness.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Extensive experience working within Human Resources Management
Embrace and actively support organizational change.
Apply innovative problem-solving and sound decision-making skills.
Manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
Ensure compliance with local and national HR laws and regulations.
Possess or develop technical knowledge relevant to a manufacturing environment.
