Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our production team as Trainee Specialist Operatives in the Weigh and Mix department at our Heanor site. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurately weigh ingredients according to product specifications, ensuring consistency and quality in each batch.

* Operate mixing equipment to blend ingredients as per production requirements.

* Follow recipes and production guidelines, maintaining strict adherence to safety and hygiene regulations.

* Perform quality checks throughout the weighing and mixing process to ensure compliance with Valeo Foods’ high standards.

* Work closely with other team members to meet production schedules and targets.

What We’re Looking For:

* Food and Safety Level 2

* Health and Safety Level 2

* A strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.

* A proactive attitude and a desire to learn and develop new skills.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

* Basic numeracy skills and the ability to work with measurements.

Shift Monday-Friday 07:30am-15:30pm

Salary £23,342.48 per annum
