Leading the development and implementation of technology solutions in line with company objectives.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technology initiatives.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of technology projects.
Managing project budgets and resources to ensure efficient use.
Identifying and mitigating risks associated with technology projects.
Overseeing the maintenance and troubleshooting of technology systems to ensure optimal performance.
Implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Providing regular updates to senior management on the status of technology projects.Profile

A successful Solutions Manager should have:

A good understanding of Manufacturing systems including Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
A really good technical understanding of a variety of solutions
Proven experience of dealing with third parties and software vendors.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and overcome challenges.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Knowledge of SAP (Manufacturing modules) is beneficialJob Offer

Salary ranging from £70,000 to £80,000 per annum.
Hybrid working (2-3 days working from home per week)
