Contracts Manager - Fit out - Construction

We are working with a national commercial fit out contracting business who are looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee prestigious projects across the North west and other areas of the UK.

The role with be to work closely with the client, design teams, commercial department and ensure the delivery of projects in accordance with the clients specifications.

You will be required to manage the Site Managers on site and oversee projects from pre construction through to completion.

Role, experience, qualifications

Previous contracts Management experience

Management of commercial refurbishment works

Construction HND/HNC

Degree qualified -preferred

SMSTS

NVQ level 6

CSCS Managers card

Driving licence

Health & Safety aware

Commercially astute

Design knowledge
